Ordering Procedures

If you are unable to visit our shop we can deliver to your door wherever in the world you may live. After establishing your exact requirements and agreeing prices by email you give us your full name, address, phone number and a convenient time (taking any time differences into account) for us to call you for your credit card details which we will process electronically at the time of dispatch.

We email carriage details to you and ask you to confirm by email in due course that your order arrived safely.

The procedure is secure and we get to talk to each other.

Devon Ski Accessories Returns Policy

Defective Goods

Customers who, within a period of time after the original purchase date that would be regarded as reasonable under the terms of the Sale of Goods Act, return with the original sales receipt or other proof of purchase, goods they bought from us which we agree must have contained defects they did not know about, were misdescribed by us or were not of satisfactory quality at the time they were purchased are entitled to be given the option to have a full refund or if they prefer a credit note, replacement goods or to have satisfactory repairs done promptly free of charge.

Customers who beyond this reasonable period of time, return with the original receipt or other proof of purchase, goods they bought from us containing a fault that has arisen during their use which we agree must relate to a defect that was inherent at the time of the sale are entitled to:
1. A refund, credit note, replacement or satisfactory repair that takes in to account any benefit the customer has enjoyed through his/her use of the goods since the purchase date and the amount of wear and tear/damage the goods have suffered whilst in his/her care for which we cannot be held responsible.
or
2 . Help in making a claim under the manufacturers warranty if it is still valid and offers the customer better compensation than we will give him/her in accordance with paragraph 1 above.

Goods which are not defective

Although buyers have no legal right to return goods just because they have changed their minds we understand that buying mistakes are sometimes made and if customers return, with their original sales receipt, goods bought from us because they made a genuine mistake or because the goods are unwanted gifts, are undamaged and still have, where appropriate, the manufactures labels attached to them, we will exchange them for other goods or a credit note of the same value provided they are returned with in 7 days of the original purchase date.
Goods returned after 7 days but within 21 days of the original purchase date may be exchanged for other goods or a credit note of the same value less a 10% re-stocking charge.

Only in exceptional circumstances will refunds be given, subject to the deduction of a 15% re-stocking charge and using the same method of payment the customer used when he/she bought the goods.
